Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Ireland is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to design ServiceNow solutions, translate business needs into technical specs, and lead delivery across engagements with AI-driven workflows.

You will mentor teams, review technical deliverables, and collaborate with customers on value realization. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic advisory under a hybrid model with two onsite days per month.

Qualifications

8+ years in ServiceNow Professional Services or Consulting.
Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making or problem-solving.
ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS certifications.
Hands-on leadership with prescriptive guidance and platform health.
Ability to manage complex engagements and mentor others.

Responsibilities

Participate in workshops, assess processes, and define future-state solutions leveraging AI.
Guide customers through technical discussions and drive innovative delivery.
Review and validate configurations, integrations, testing and docs.
Coach Technical Consultants, ensuring solution quality and value realization.
Provide oversight and unit testing of code from partners or customers.
