Lead design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, leveraging AI to optimize workflows and business value across engagements. You will mentor teams, translate requirements into technical specs, and stay at the forefront of platform innovations while maintaining strong client relationships and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow professional services / consulting experience.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making or problem-solving.
• CSA/CAD/CIS certifications on ServiceNow.
• Hands-on leadership across engagements and independent delivery.
• Ability to guide customers through technical docs and drive innovative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Participate in workshops to assess current-state processes and define future-state technical solutions, leveraging AI.
• Guide customers through technical documentation and discussions, driving innovation and consistent delivery.
• Review, guide and validate configurations, integrations, testing and technical documentation.
• Coach and mentor Technical Consultants while driving solution quality and customer value realization.
