Job summary

Methodius Ltd. is seeking a senior ServiceNow Architect to lead design and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions for international clients. You will translate business requirements into scalable architectures, guide workshops, and ensure high-quality implementation across the delivery lifecycle.

The role emphasizes AI enablement within workflows and strong customer engagement, with a predominantly remote setup and two days on-site in Letterkenny, Co. Donegal.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ServiceNow professional services or similar delivery environment.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
• Certified in ServiceNow (CSA/CAD/CIS) or equivalent.
• Deep expertise in one or two ServiceNow product/workflow areas.
• Proven ability translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience mentoring or guiding other consultants.
• Experience applying AI within workflows and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions using best practices.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and designs.
• Lead workshops to assess current-state and define future-state solutions.
• Advise on capabilities and opportunities to increase business value.
• Lead projects and workstreams with high-quality delivery.
• Review deliverables, including configuration, integrations and testing.
• Provide technical oversight of partner-developed solutions.
• Maintain platform health and provide technical leadership.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to their development.
• Identify AI opportunities in processes and workflows.
