Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Director of Sales to oversee four Dublin properties: Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge, Clayton Hotel Charlemont, Maldron Hotel Merrion Road, and Maldron Hotel Kevin Street. The role focuses on building major corporate relationships, driving sales activities, and using market intelligence tools to grow revenue across the Dalata portfolio.

You will lead a team, drive planning and forecasting, and collaborate with the Account Management Team to secure new opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience at Assistant Director of Sales/Sales Manager level.
• Multi-site experience is a distinct advantage.
• Knowledge of the Dublin market essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a defined set of accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead lead generation initiatives across the hotels and represent properties at events.
• Oversee sales activities including telesales, calls, entertaining, fam trips and overseas sales as required.
• Utilise CRM, BI Tool, Market Intelligence Tools and Solver to improve efficiency.
