Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc in Dublin is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the multi-property strategy for four Dublin hotels: Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge, Clayton Hotel Charlemont, Maldron Hotel Merrion Road, and Maldron Hotel Kevin Street.

You will drive key account management, lead a sales team, develop new business opportunities, and collaborate with market intelligence tools to maximise occupancy and revenue across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Assistant Director of Sales or Sales Manager.
• Multi-site experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management能力.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead lead generation initiatives across the hotels.
• Represent the hotels at sales meetings and events; participate in sales activities and overseas trips as needed.
• Utilise CRM, BI tools, market intelligence tools and Solver to support efficient work.
