Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Sales/Sales Manager to drive relationships with national and global accounts across four Dublin properties. You will lead a team, engage in telesales, calls, and events, and identify opportunities aligned with hotel strategy across the Dalata portfolio.

The role requires strong analytical ability, commercial awareness, and excellent planning to deliver growth in the Dublin market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Assistant Director of Sales/Sales Manager role.
• Multi-site experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and commercial awareness with ability to analyse key business indicators.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support a lead-generation culture across the hotels.
• Represent the hotels at sales meetings and events.
• Utilise CRM, BI tools and market intelligence to inform decisions.
