Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to lead four Dublin properties and drive corporate sales strategy. You will manage key accounts, source new business, pursue global RFP opportunities, and represent the hotels at events, using CRM and BI tools to support effective decision making.

With strong leadership, you will shape team culture, forecast performance, and contribute to the hotels’ growth. Prior hotel sales experience and knowledge of Dublin are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hotel sales role.
• Effective communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Commercial awareness and solid analytical abilities.
• Excellent organisation and planning.
• Ability to develop long lasting relationships via account management.
• Experience with global clients and agencies.
• Sales focused and results driven.
• Knowledge of the Dublin market is essential.
