Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the Dublin portfolio across four hotels. You will drive key accounts, strategy, and revenue opportunities with senior management.

You'll manage multi-site sales activities, mentor the sales team, and collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to maximise occupancy and rate parity in a competitive Dublin market. The role requires a strategic, customer-focused leader with a strong network in corporate travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Assistant Director of Sales/Sales Manager.
• Multi-site experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communicator with commercial awareness.
• Analytical mindset; understands KPIs and market trends.
• Excellent organisation and planning; sales-focused and results-driven.
• Knowledge of the Dublin market essential.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned accounts to drive loyalty.
• Lead and implement lead generation across the hotels.
• Represent hotels at sales meetings and events.
• Utilise CRM, BI tools, and market intelligence for efficiency.
• Develop national and global corporate account relationships.
• Participate in telesales, calls, entertaining, fam trips, and overseas trips as needed.
• Identify new opportunities in line with hotel strategy.
• Collaborate with Account Management to secure opportunities using Dalata processes.
• Monthly tracking of corporate accounts and reports.
