Stripe is seeking an exceptional Senior Staff Product Manager for Risk in Dublin to lead cross-Risk and cross-company initiatives, shaping infrastructure and product direction. You will partner with senior leaders to drive AI-enabled risk practices and mentor other PMs while advancing the product management capability across Stripe.

Qualificações

• Track record of delivering high-impact product or technical initiatives spanning multiple teams and orgs.
• Ability to bring clarity to deeply ambiguous problems and drive execution.
• Strong technical judgment across data, ML, AI, APIs, platforms, and systems.
• Experience partnering with senior engineering, data science, and product leaders to shape direction.
• Strong product judgment for foundational infrastructure and user-facing experiences.
• Deep quantitative fluency with data-driven decision making and causal reasoning.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-organizational goals.
• Experience mentoring PMs and elevating product thinking across teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Identify high-leverage problems that cut across teams and define measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-Risk and cross-company initiatives from shaping to delivery and adoption.
• Advance Risk’s use of data and AI to identify and mitigate risk at scale.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, ML, and platform leaders to shape architecture and APIs.
• Guide product teams to reuse infrastructure and align tradeoffs across orgs.
• Define multi-year strategy with clear bets and sequencing for investments.
• Build alignment among teams with different goals and constraints without formal authority.
• Coach PMs to raise product judgment, technical depth, and execution quality.
• Elevate product management discipline across the company with rigorous problem framing.
