Stripe in Dublin is seeking a senior Product Designer for the Risk team to shape how businesses start and grow on Stripe, turning complex systems into simple, intuitive experiences.

You will partner with PMs, engineers, researchers, operations, and strategists to define problems, craft strategy, and ship high-quality designs with measurable impact. Strong visual craft and systems thinking are essential, with 8+ years of experience and a portfolio demonstrating multi-touchpoint work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience at a product-driven tech company.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, interaction design, and systems thinking.
• Experience working on complex product areas with multiple stakeholders and workflows.
• Strong product thinking with ability to shape direction, not just execute requirements.
• Ability to prototype and design across multiple touchpoints and surfaces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clear design rationale.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex systems, policies, and constraints into clear product experiences.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities that improve coherence across journeys and surfaces.
• Partner with PMs, engineers, researchers, operations, and strategists to shape direction and outcomes.
• Develop long-term strategy and pragmatic short-term solutions.
• Design, prototype, and communicate ideas with storytelling and demos.
• Use qualitative and quantitative signals to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Collaborate with engineering to maintain high craft and implementation quality.
• Contribute to shared patterns and systems for the Risk organization.
