Job summary

Stripe in Dublin seeks a Senior Privacy Operations professional to own cross‑functional privacy programs at scale, including DSRs, PIAs, DPIAs, ROPA, and TIAs, ensuring regulatory readiness and auditable records.

You will partner with Privacy Legal and Privacy Engineering, build playbooks, implement process improvements (including AI tooling), and serve as the primary point of contact for incoming privacy requests, driving clear, scalable privacy outcomes for Stripe and its users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and scaling cross‑functional privacy programs.
• Experience with GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PIPEDA; HIPAA/ GLBA a plus.
• Hands‑on PIAs, DP IAs, ROPA workflows and cross‑border transfers.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end privacy programs such as DSRs, PIAs, DPIAs, ROPA, TIAs, and cookie compliance.
• Identify process improvements and automate routine tasks using AI tooling.
• Create and maintain auditable privacy documentation and playbooks.
• Collaborate with Privacy Legal and Privacy Engineering to fulfill requests.
• Serve as primary contact for privacy requests and manage Jira run tickets.
