Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager for Risk in Dublin. You will lead cross‑Risk and cross‑Stripe initiatives that redefine risk management, identify opportunities across infrastructure and products, and drive execution from shaping to adoption.

You’ll partner with engineering, data science, and ML leaders to define architecture, data foundations, models, APIs, and product experiences. You’ll coach PMs and raise product thinking across Stripe.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify high-impact, cross-team product initiatives.
• Capable of guiding ambiguous problems to clear direction and outcomes.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, data science, and ML leaders.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption.
• Experience building scalable infrastructure and user-focused product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑Risk and cross‑Stripe initiatives from shaping through delivery and adoption.
• Define data and AI approaches to identify and mitigate risk at scale.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and ML leaders on architecture and APIs.
• Coach PMs and raise the quality of product thinking across Risk and Stripe.
• Align teams, resolve tradeoffs, and drive progress without formal authority.
