Job summary

Validus Talent, part of the Facilitas Group, is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead engineering and life sciences recruitment in Ireland. This is a hybrid role with a competitive salary and uncapped commission, offering autonomy building your own market and long-term client partnerships.

You will recruit across contract and permanent roles for leading Irish engineering, pharmaceutical, medical device and manufacturing organisations, with direct access to leadership and a clear career

Qualifications

• 3+ years' recruitment agency experience.
• Experience recruiting within Engineering, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Technical or Contracting markets.
• Proven track record of winning business and developing client relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness and business development capability.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to help build something exceptional.

Responsibilities

• Build your own market and develop long-term client relationships.
• Recruit across contract and permanent positions for Engineering, Life Sciences, Manufacturing and related sectors.
• Influence the growth of a new specialist brand within the Facilitas Group.
