• Recruitment experience in a senior role.
• Construction sector knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent relationship-building and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new client relationships through business development and sales calls.
• Manage current client relationships.
• Grow existing client accounts by identifying further sales opportunities.
• Interact with clients to assist them with their recruitment needs.
• Meet with client face to face on a weekly basis.
