Approach People Recruitment in Dublin is seeking a Senior International Recruitment Consultant to build and manage your own portfolio across Europe within a dynamic team. This permanent role offers autonomy, strategic development, and a clear path to growth as you develop business and client relationships.

You will drive the full recruitment cycle, conduct sourcing via databases and networks, and present top candidates to prestigious international clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in 360° roles (BD and recruitment).
• Passionate about the recruiting business with a commercial mindset.
• Motivated by challenges, proactive and focused on skills development.

Responsibilities

• Business development across Europe and industries of choice.
• Full recruitment cycle management from sourcing to candidate presentation.
• Direct approach to new clients and negotiation of commercial terms.
• Sourcing on internal/external databases and social networks.
• Presentation of selected candidates to clients.
