Job summary

Kenny-Whelan & Associates, Ireland's leading provider of contract personnel for Life Science industries, seeks a Senior Consultant to manage and grow our client base. You will focus on Capital Projects and Site Operations, developing relationships with multinational clients and expanding our engineering contractor network.

The role offers hybrid/remote options within an established team, with performance-driven results and a strong emphasis on developing key accounts in a niche market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience servicing the Irish contract staffing market.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Keen interest in industry and developing key accounts.
• Confident, energetic, and drive to succeed in a niche market.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Account manage and develop the existing Kenny-Whelan business.
• Identify and develop new client opportunities, focusing on Capital Projects and Site Operations in Biotech/Pharma.
• Develop relationships with key players in Capital Projects and Site Operations.
• Grow our portfolio of contract engineering and technical personnel.
• Negotiate terms and supplier agreements with prospective clients.
• Source and select contract personnel through all project stages from design to handover.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to source contract personnel across engineering and support areas.

Over the last 50 years Kenny-Whelan & Associates established itself as Irelands leading supplier of Contract Personnel to multi-national corporations operating in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, Oil & Gas and Food Manufacturing Industries. We have an outstanding reputation for the quality of service we provide in terms of speed of response, quality of candidates available and flexibility in our business relationships.
We now have an opportunity to further develop our Business and are interested in talking to experienced candidates.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an established team which is at the forefront of contract recruitment across Capital Projects in the Life Science Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Account manage and develop the existing Kenny-Whelan business.
• Identify and develop new client and business opportunities, with a focus on Capital Projects and Site Operations within the Biotech and Pharma Industry.
• Develop strong working relationships with the key players in the Capital Projects and Site Operations arena.
• Further develop our portfolio of contract Engineering and technical personnel
• Negotiate terms and supplier agreements with prospective Clients.
• Source and select technical contract personnel across Capital Projects at all stages from conceptual design through to handover and operations support.
• Work with hiring managers across Site Operations to source contract personnel across all the key functional engineering and support areas.

• A qualification in technical, business discipline or relevant.
