Job summary

TalentCru in Ireland is seeking a Project Manager for a high-profile large-scale residential development in Athlone. You will lead a fully resourced on-site team, ensuring safe delivery, quality, and on-time handover across Phases 2 and 3.

The role involves coordinating with the Local Authority, design teams, and subcontractors, managing budgets, scheduling, and BCAR compliance on a fast-paced programme.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• PM experience on residential projects > €10m value.
• Experience leading multiple Site Managers on fast-paced multi-phase builds.
• Knowledge of BCAR regulations and Assigned Certifier duties.
• Experience liaising with Local Authorities on planning/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-profile residential project through Phase 2 and Phase 3.
• Oversee on-site team including three Site Managers and subcontractors.
• Manage safety, quality, budget, and scheduling from inception to handover.
• Coordinate with Local Authority and design teams on approvals.
• Develop and manage programming, progress reporting and cash flow.
