• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee phase planning and sequencing for a 500-unit build.
• Manage budgets, variations, and financial reporting.
• Direct site managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
• Report progress to investors and local authorities.
