Job summary

Croft Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a large-scale residential development in North Dublin. You will lead the programme from planning to handover, managing budget, schedule and quality while coordinating with designers, contractors and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a Construction Management or Engineering degree, has a proven track record in delivering big residential schemes, and understands the Irish market.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing large-scale residential projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent commercial and contractual awareness.
• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience within the Irish construction market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning through to completion.
• Manage programme, budget, and quality to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety and regulatory requirements.
• Drive project performance, reporting, and risk management.
