Qualifications

• Requires degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, Contracts Manager, or Senior PM delivering large-scale residential developments.
• Strong knowledge of BCAR, site compliance and Irish planning regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a landmark residential development from start to handover.
• Manage safety, quality, programme and budget on site.
• Act as main point of contact for Cork County Council, Irish Water, consultants and design team.
• Lead project team and oversee BCAR processes and planning compliance.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure safety, on programme and high standards.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and ensure contractual objectives are met.
• Report regularly to senior management on project performance.

Manage all aspects of site safety, quality, programme, and budget. Act as the main point of contact for Cork County Council, Irish Water, consultants, and the design team.
