Job summary

GemPool Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to join our client’s team in delivering solutions in regulated environments. This is a fully remote role, collaborating with stakeholders across operations, data management, and IT to deliver measurable value and ensure compliance.

You will prioritise initiatives, refine requirements, and guide Agile teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven experience with Agile teams, backlogs, and delivering digital solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Experience with digital platforms in regulated industries.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience working with Agile teams, managing backlogs, and delivering digital solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Experience with digital platforms in regulated industries.

Nice to Have

• Clinical trial or life sciences experience, including familiarity with clinical trial systems (EDC, CTMS) and regulatory requirements.
• Agile certification (CSPO, PSPO) or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of CDISC, eClinical systems, or clinical trial data workflows.
• Exposure to digital transformation initiatives or SaaS platforms in life sciences.
• Experience working with CROs or pharmaceutical companies
