GemPool Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to join our client’s team in delivering solutions in regulated environments. This is a fully remote role, collaborating with stakeholders across operations, data management, and IT to deliver measurable value and ensure compliance.

You will prioritise initiatives, refine requirements, and guide Agile teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven experience with Agile teams, backlogs, and delivering digital solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Experience with digital platforms in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the product backlog for key digital solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with Agile development teams to deliver features on time and to high-quality standards. Ensure digital solutions comply with regulatory and industry requirements.
• Track product performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate across teams, manage dependencies, and act as a subject‑matter expert within the product domain.
