Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Ireland is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead scalable growth for a newly launched free-to-play poker app. You will manage large budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok and more, driving CPI, retention, and ROAS while collaborating with creative, product, BI, and platform partners.

You will own testing pipelines, measure against D7/D30/D90 ROAS, and use LTV insights to inform bidding and budgeting decisions in a fast-moving, remote-friendly team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mobile user acquisition, with 3+ years in gaming.
• Experience in free-to-play poker, social casino, or related mobile games preferred.
• Proven ability to scale mobile titles from launch to growth with data-driven ROAS targets.
• Experience managing large monthly acquisition budgets across major networks.
• Strong knowledge of AppsFlyer, SKAN, and LTV-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead UA across Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, Apple Ads, and in-app networks.
• Define channel mix and invest intelligently using performance data.
• Test new channels and approaches to identify scalable growth.
• Collaborate with creative, product, BI, and platform partners to improve performance.
• Own measurement infrastructure, attribution, and fraud monitoring.
• Drive creative testing and scale successful creatives across channels.
• Monitor and refresh creatives to reduce fatigue and improve results.
• Collaborate with product teams to improve store listing experiments and ASO.
• Report spend, cohort quality, and forecasts.
