Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Ireland is seeking a Senior Paid Ads & Funnel Specialist as a long-term independent contractor.

You will lead paid acquisition, high-ticket funnels, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization for an international client base, with potential to broaden responsibilities and leadership over time. You will manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns, explore TikTok initiatives, and build repeatable systems and SOPs using GoHighLevel, Notion, and other tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on paid advertising experience with performance campaigns.
• Advanced experience with Meta Ads Manager and hands-on Google Ads.
• Experience building and optimizing high-ticket funnels and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns; future TikTok ads.
• Monitor performance, optimize audiences, creative, messaging, budgets and structures.
• Build and optimize high-ticket funnels in GoHighLevel including landing pages and checkout flows.
• Oversee full lead journey from ad to conversion and fix funnel issues.
• Maintain tracking (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, UTM) for accurate attribution.
• Track KPIs and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Develop ad copy, headlines, hooks, and creative testing ideas.
• Create SOPs in Notion for ads, funnels, tracking, and processes.
• Onboard and train future marketing team members; support growth.
