Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a User Acquisition Specialist based in Ireland to manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google. You will own execution, testing, optimization, and performance analysis for multiple client accounts.

Collaborate with creative strategists and growth marketers to translate performance signals into actionable growth strategies. This is a fully remote role with international teams and EST-friendly hours.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of paid media or user acquisition experience.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and trends.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for client meetings.
• Experience managing seven-figure annual media budgets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid media management across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms, including setup, targeting, bidding, budgets, creative rotation, and optimization.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple client accounts with focus on performance and scalable growth.
• Monitor CPI, CAC, ROAS, payback, retention, and other key metrics.
