Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B SaaS performance or growth marketing.
• Proven multi-channel paid acquisition experience.
• Hands-on with major platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads).
• Strong analytics and ROI focus.
• Experience collaborating with agencies.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy across search, social, display, and review sites.
• Optimize campaigns, audiences, bidding, landing pages for pipeline growth.
• Partner with Revenue Marketing, Growth, ABM, and Web Marketing.
• Collaborate with regional teams across NA, EMEA, and APAC.
• Own reporting, budgeting, and ROI attribution.
• Manage agency partners and drive channel experimentation.
