Qualifications

• Experience with paid social, search, and other digital channels.
• Proven ability to analyze campaign data and optimize CAC/LTV.
• Experience using AI tools to inform testing and automation.
• Forecast budgets and adjust channel mix.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel campaigns across paid social, search, and other digital channels.
• Analyse campaign data to identify growth opportunities and optimize spend.
• Experiment with new growth tactics while monitoring CAC, LTV, and scalability.
• Monitor daily performance and provide real-time optimization recommendations.
• Manage budgets and forecast performance, adjusting channel allocation.
• Collaborate with product marketing, martech, research, and creative teams.
• Partner with analytics and data science to build measurement and attribution.
