Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, the role will lead a team, influence senior stakeholders, and drive talent development and succession planning in a hybrid working environment.

They are seeking a Learning & Development – Senior Manager to join their established Learning & Development function.
Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, this is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced L&D professional who is passionate about talent development, leadership capability and building the skills required for the future of professional services. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the firm’s people development strategy, with a particular emphasis on the impact of AI and emerging technologies on workforce capability, lawyer development and leadership effectiveness.
The role will have a number of direct reports, so previous people management skills are preferable.
