Job summary

Gilligan Black Recruitment is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist in Ireland to coordinate and deliver a range of learning initiatives across our multi-site client base. You will create engaging content for classroom and digital delivery, manage onboarding, workshops and leadership development, and ensure stakeholder alignment with business needs.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in Learning & Development.
• Experience developing programmes and digital learning resources.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver learning programmes end-to-end (training, onboarding, workshops).
• Schedule events, manage logistics and communications, and engage learners.
• Develop engaging content for classroom and digital learning.
• Administer LMS, track completion rates and generate impact reports.
• Liaise with facilitators and external providers; build stakeholder relationships.
