Job summary

Lex Consultancy in Dublin 2 is seeking a senior Learning & Development leader to shape the firm's talent, leadership and employee development strategy. You will work closely with senior leaders and HR to ensure L&D activity supports the wider organisation and outcomes.

You will lead a team of L&D professionals, overseeing Talent Development, Early Talent, Leadership Development and Employee Engagement, with a focus on AI-enabled learning and capabilities for the future of professional services.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior L&D role, ideally within professional services.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, Partners and business leaders.
• Experience developing and delivering L&D strategies and programmes.
• Strong experience in leadership and talent development.
• An interest in AI and how it is changing professional services and the skills people need.
• Executive coaching qualification would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the firm's L&D strategy with senior stakeholders.
• Lead Talent Development, Early Talent, Leadership Development and Employee Engagement.
• Identify development needs with Partners and HR and implement practical solutions.
• Lead the design and delivery of leadership programmes aligned to business priorities.
• Help identify skills and capabilities needed as the professional services environment changes (including AI).
• Lead and develop the L&D team and foster a positive, collaborative culture.
• Review impact of L&D activity and use feedback and data to improve what the team delivers.
