Job summary

Lex Consultancy is seeking an experienced Learning and Development professional to lead a small team and drive the design and delivery of development programmes in a corporate environment. Reporting to the Director of Learning and Development, you will oversee multiple learning pathways, support leadership and engagement initiatives.

You will design and deliver structured development programmes for professional and business services staff, manage external training providers, and leverage data
