Job summary

Tuath Housing seeks a Learning & Development Partner to design, deliver and embed practical learning solutions that enhance manager effectiveness, onboarding quality, and performance enablement across the organisation.

The role focuses on building scalable learning infrastructure, enabling graduate development and career pathways, and responsibly leveraging AI-enabled tools with strong governance and data protection.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Learning & Development, Organisational Development or People Capability experience.
• Experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating management or organisational capability workshops.
• Experience using feedback, survey data or performance insight to identify development needs.
• Experience coordinating learning programmes, tracking progress and reporting outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and embed practical learning programmes aligned to organisational need.
• Develop facilitator guides, manager toolkits, and participant resources.
• Personally facilitate workshops, training sessions and structured learning interventions for managers and employees.
• Utilise digital and AI-enabled learning approaches to enhance accessibility and effectiveness.
