Job summary

Lex Consultancy Recruitment in Dublin seeks an experienced HR Transformation Director to lead complex HR transformation programmes for major clients. You will shape operating models, advise senior leaders, and drive technology-enabled change within a growth-focused People & Change practice.

The role requires hands-on leadership, substantial delivery experience, and a track record of finalising initiatives from design through realisation, with emphasis on M&A due diligence and data-driven

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience delivering end-to-end HR Transformation programmes.
• Strong consulting, professional services or transformation leadership background.
• Experience leading HR Transformation programmes personally.
• M&A / HR Due Diligence experience is essential.
• Knowledge of HR operating models (HRBPs, Centres of Excellence, Shared Services).
• Experience with HR technology transformation (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Ability to leverage AI and automation to improve HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR Transformation engagements across operating model design, organisation design, process optimisation, technology enablement, people analytics and workforce strategy.
• Advise senior HR and business leaders on complex transformation challenges and develop practical, commercially focused solutions.
• Assess HR technology landscapes and advise on platforms and solutions, including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM.
• Drive HR operating models across HRBP, Centres of Excellence and Shared Services.
• Lead client conversations at senior level and translate challenges into clear transformation strategies.
• Develop proposals, identify opportunities and contribute to business development and practice growth.
• Coach, mentor and develop junior team members.
