Job summary

Lex Consultancy in Dublin 2 is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Director to lead senior client engagements as part of a growing People & Change practice. The role is client-facing, with responsibility for end-to-end HR transformation programmes and for shaping strategy and delivery.

You will work closely with HR and business leaders, bringing advisory excellence and hands-on delivery experience, including assessment of operating models, process redesign, and HR technology initiatives

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience delivering end-to-end HR Transformation programmes.
• Management consulting or professional services background.
• Proven experience leading HR Transformation programmes personally.
• M&A / HR Due Diligence experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of HR operating models including HRBPs, CoEs and Shared Services.
• Experience with HR technology transformation (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR transformation engagements across operating models, design, process optimisation and workforce strategy.
• Advise senior HR and business leaders on complex transformation challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Assess HR technology landscapes and advise on platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM.
• Help clients understand how AI, automation and digital transformation can streamline HR processes.
• Design and implement HR operating models across HRBP, Centres of Excellence and Shared Services.
• Lead HR process redesign and optimisation with focus on scalability and outcomes.
• Develop workforce strategies supported by data and people analytics.
• Support clients through organisational change, restructuring and new ways of working.
• Provide HR Due Diligence support within M&A environments.
• Lead client conversations at senior level and translate challenges into strategies.
• Develop proposals, identify opportunities and contribute to business growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and help develop new accounts.
• Contribute to development of HR Transformation propositions and market offerings.
• Coach, mentor and develop junior team members.
