Link Personnel is recruiting for a Learning & Development – Senior Manager for one of Ireland’s leading professional services firms. You will shape the firm’s people development strategy with a focus on leadership capability and AI-driven workforce capability.

Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, the role will lead a team, influence senior stakeholders, and drive talent development and succession planning in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Strategic leader with a focus on development of leadership capabilities.
• Experience shaping L&D strategy in professional services or similar.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage change.
