Job summary

Gong seeks a Senior Sales Manager for Industry Expansion to lead a team of Account Executives across mid-market and enterprise accounts. You will coach across sales, product, and industry domains while driving growth in financial services, healthcare, consulting, manufacturing, and energy sectors.

You will report to the Regional VP, Industry Expansion Sales, shaping revenue strategy and accelerating customer acquisition in a global, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading high-perf SaaS sales teams
• Track record of 100%+ quota attainment
• Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts
• Experience recruiting and developing a sales team
• Experience with GSIs and Global Accounts Program
• Understanding revenue leaders' priorities and KPIs
• Experience selling to sales leadership is a plus

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop an accomplished team of Account Executives
• Develop and coach sales and industry skills of each team member
• Assist the team through sales cycles to land five-figure accounts
• Regularly report on team and individual results
• Identify process, efficiency and productivity improvements
