Job summary

Gong is seeking a Sales Manager for the Industry Expansion team to lead and develop a group of Account Executives. You will play a key role in expanding our corporate accounts across financial services, healthcare, consulting, manufacturing, and energy sectors.

You will coach sales, product, and industry skills, drive five-figure deal cycles, and report on progress to the Regional VP of Industry Expansion Sales. This is a high-impact leadership role with significant growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building and managing high performing sales teams (SaaS)
• Experience selling into Financial Services and/or Healthcare
• Experience selling to Mid Market and Enterprise accounts as an individual contributor or manager
• Strong track record of meeting or beating quota

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop an accomplished team of Account Executives
• Develop and coach the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member
• Assist your team throughout their sales cycles to close five-figure deals
• Regularly report on team and individual performance to leadership
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive productivity
