Gong is seeking a Mid Market Revenue Architect to partner with mid-sized customers, architect AI-driven workflows, and drive adoption of the Gong Revenue AI Operating System. You will guide executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimise revenue across the lifecycle and realise measurable business results.

This role focuses on activation, adoption, and value delivery, requiring strong change management and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years proven experience in customer-facing roles in a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience managing accounts with multiple internal and customer-side stakeholders.
• Track record owning relationships with senior stakeholders (VPs/C-suite) and ROI conversations.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset focused on delivering measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Transformation Strategy: Partner with senior GTM leaders to modernise revenue ops.
• Workflow Architecture: Map current processes to AI-driven workflows yielding revenue outcomes.
• Adoption and Change Management: Lead adoption initiatives to drive behavior change and embed Gong in teams.
• Value Realisation: Use data-driven insights to quantify ROI and value.
• Renewal and Expansion Management: Own renewal strategy and cross-functional growth.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer journey.
