MCS Group is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant based in Dublin to lead complex software implementations. You will engage with clients, manage requirements gathering, configure SaaS solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

With 5+ years of experience in software or SaaS implementations, you'll have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. The position offers a highly flexible working model and a competitive salary up to €80k plus bonuses.

MCS Group is proud to be working with a long-established Irish software company seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead complex customer implementations from initial discovery through to successful go-live.

This is a highly visible role where you'll become a trusted advisor to clients, taking ownership of requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, stakeholder management, testing and deployment.

You'll work directly with customers, internal product teams and technical specialists to ensure successful adoption and long-term client success.

What you'll be doing...

• Leading end-to-end software implementation projects
• Gathering business and technical requirements
• Designing solutions aligned to customer needs
• Managing workshops and stakeholder engagement
• Configuring and deploying SaaS solutions
• Supporting testing, training and go-live activities
• Managing project risks, issues and change requests
• Acting as a senior escalation point for clients
• Collaborating with Product, Development and Customer Success teams

What we're looking for...

• 5+ years' experience delivering software or SaaS implementations
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of business processes and systems
• Experience working with ERP, Finance or Accounts Payable solutions would be a strong advantage
• Exposure to SQL, data analysis or integrations would be a strong advantage
