Job summary

Lex Consultancy Recruitment is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead complex SaaS implementations from requirements gathering through deployment and adoption. You will mentor a team of consultants and act as the escalation point for complex issues while building strong client relationships to ensure successful outcomes.

You will work closely with Product, Development and Customer Success teams to drive continuous improvement in implementation processes, efficiency and client value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in implementation consulting or solution delivery, preferably SaaS.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead teams.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, design and process mapping.
• ERP/finance or AP automation experience desired.

Job description

A leading technology and information management organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to lead complex client implementations.

Working arrangements:

Onsite 2-3 days per month

Contract:

Permanent

The Role

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects, from requirements gathering and solution design through to deployment and adoption.
• Manage and mentor a team of consultants, acting as the escalation point for complex issues.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Work closely with Product, Development and Customer Success teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across implementation processes, efficiency and client value.

Experience Required

• 5+ years’ experience in implementation consulting or solution delivery, ideally within SaaS/software.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and leading teams.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, solution design and process mapping.
• Experience with ERP, finance processes or AP automation is highly desirable.
• Agile project delivery experience is preferred.
• Technical literacy, including SQL or similar tools, would be an advantage.
• Relevant third-level qualification in Project Management, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
