MCS Group is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant based in Dublin to lead complex software implementations. You will engage with clients, manage requirements gathering, configure SaaS solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

With 5+ years of experience in software or SaaS implementations, you'll have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. The position offers a highly flexible working model and a competitive salary up to €80k plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience delivering software or SaaS implementations.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

• Leading end-to-end software implementation projects.
• Gathering business and technical requirements.
• Designing solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Managing workshops and stakeholder engagement.

Skills
