Job summary

Practicus is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation in Ireland. You will oversee end-to-end delivery across CRM and ERP workstreams, ensuring business-led outcomes and strong governance. The role involves liaising with senior stakeholders, BAs, and Change Managers to drive successful go-lives.

The assignment is a day-rate contract in Ireland with hybrid onsite presence (approx. 2 days weekly).

Qualifications

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager | Ireland (Hybrid)

I'm currently supporting a leading facilities services organisation on a major business transformation programme and am keen to speak with experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365

Project Managers.

This is a flagship transformation initiative, delivering a new Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP platform to replace legacy business systems across Finance, Sales, and Customer Operations. The programme is entering mobilisation, with delivery commencing in September and multiple releases planned throughout 2027.

The Opportunity

As the Project Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Dynamics 365 implementation, ensuring the programme remains business-led while driving successful outcomes across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation.
• Manage the Systems Integrator and hold delivery partners accountable.
• Collaborate closely with senior business stakeholders, Business Analysts, and Change Managers.
• Drive programme governance, risk management, dependencies, and delivery planning.
• Ensure business objectives remain at the heart of the transformation.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP implementations.
• Experience across both CRM and ERP is highly desirable, with ERP delivery experience particularly valuable.
• A commercially focused, business-first approach to project delivery.
• The ability to lead autonomously while building strong relationships across the programme.
• Excellent communication skills, with clear examples of personal ownership and successful project delivery.

Location

Ireland (Dublin preferred) – Hybrid working with approximately 2 days per week onsite.

• Day rate contract.
• Outside IR35 (where applicable).
• Target start: Late August / Early September.
• Long-term engagement supporting multiple go-lives through 2027.
