Job summary

MCS Group | Your Specialist Recruitment Consultancy is partnering with a growing Irish organisation to hire a Senior HRIS Analyst. The role focuses on owning and enhancing the HR technology stack, spanning HR, Payroll and Technology.

You will enjoy working in the details of systems, data and processes while delivering real impact across the business. The position is hybrid, offering exposure to system projects, reporting and integrations that shape HR delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience across HR systems or HRIS platforms.
• Experience with Sage People, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HR platform.
• Strong experience across reporting, workflows and system configuration.
• Good understanding of HR systems integrations and data.
• Analytical mindset and ability to identify improvements in systems and processes.
• Confident working with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configuring and improving HR systems (Sage People and others).
• Supporting the implementation and rollout of a new Learning Management System.
• Building reports and dashboards through Salesforce Report Writer.
• Developing workflows, calculated fields and business processes.
• Managing integrations across HRIS, Payroll and ERP systems.
• Improving data quality, controls and audit processes.
• Providing Tier 2 and 3 support across the HR systems landscape.
• Working with HR, Payroll, Finance and Technology teams.
• Supporting system releases and fit-gap analysis.

They are looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to take ownership of improving and developing their HR technology landscape, working across HR, Payroll and Technology.

This is a really good opportunity for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of systems, data and processes, but also wants to have a genuine impact on how technology is used across the wider business.

What you'll be doing
