Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment in Dublin City Centre is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in a complex, multicultural environment. This 3-month temporary contract may extend, with a hybrid model requiring 2 days on-site.

You will partner with executives to shape people strategies, lead organisational development initiatives and use data insights to drive measurable outcomes, across EMEA teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience as a HR Business Partner.
• In-depth knowledge of EMEA employment legislation, HR practices and cultural considerations.
• Proven experience advising, influencing and coaching senior and executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Sales and Customer Success focussed organisations.
• Expertise in organisational design, workforce planning and leadership development.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across a diverse, global organisation.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect HR strategy to commercial objectives and solve complex organisational challenges.
• A data-informed, adaptable and empathetic approach, with strong emotional intelligence and confidence working through change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to identify people-related opportunities and challenges, providing practical and commercially focused advice.
• Design and implement organisational development initiatives, including organisational design, workforce planning and leadership development.
• Coach and support leaders in building, developing and retaining high-performing teams through effective performance management and continuous feedback.
• Use people data and insights to diagnose complex organisational issues and recommend evidence-based solutions.
• Lead people-focused workstreams for major organisational initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and transformation programmes.
• Support leaders through change by ensuring communication, engagement and people impact are managed thoughtfully and effectively.
• Connect people strategy to wider business objectives and help drive measurable organisational outcomes.
