Job summary

Cpl Group in Ireland is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support senior leaders across Ireland and the UK. This is a highly visible, commercially focused HR role that drives organisational change and builds strong relationships across multiple sites.

You will travel regularly to sites across Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK to partner with leaders, deliver people strategies and guide employee relations, talent management and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in a complex, multi-site environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Irish employment law is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, organisational change and stakeholder management.
• Commercially astute with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders.
• Comfortable travelling regularly across Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK.
• Degree qualified, with CIPD or equivalent professional qualification desirable.
