Job summary

EY Ireland is seeking a HR Business Partner (Strategic Talent Partner) for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Dublin. The role collaborates with business leaders to deliver leadership development, performance management and engagement initiatives, shaping the talent strategy and long-term retention across service lines.

The incumbent will build strong relationships, use data to drive insights and coach leaders, while supporting inclusive culture and multi-location teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience as a HR Business Partner with senior management.
• Third level degree or professional qualification required.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive core annual talent processes for leadership development, performance management, retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with business to tailor the talent agenda for designated EY Service Lines.
• Proactively drive change initiatives to optimize and unify approaches where possible.
• Use data to generate insights and inform people-related decisions.
• Act as trusted advisor on employee relations and performance management challenges.
• Work with Talent Team to shape a superior employee experience across the lifecycle.
• Provide insights on current people issues and align with business decisions.
• Support inclusion and diversity initiatives across the organization.
