Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment in Dublin 9 is seeking an HR Business Partner Support on a 12-month temporary basis. The role is hybrid with flexibility to work from any Dublin location and involves regular travel between sites, so you must have your own vehicle and a valid Irish driving licence.

You will act as the first point of contact for managers on HR queries, prepare disciplinary documents, support employee relations meetings as a notetaker, and assist with HR projects and policy improvements.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years minimum experience in an HR Admin or similar role.
• Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle to travel between sites.
• Working knowledge of employee relations processes including grievances and disciplinaries.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for managers on day-to-day HR queries.
• Prepare disciplinary invites, outcomes, absence reviews, terminations, and TUPE docs.
• Notetake at employee relations meetings.
• Support HR team with employee experience initiatives.
• Identify improvements to HR policies and procedures.
• Deliver training and development support for managers.
• Provide support for ad-hoc HR projects.
