Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment in Dublin is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a 12-month contract. This hybrid role offers a 35-hour week with flex time, and the chance to partner with senior managers to deliver effective people solutions and advisors on legislation.

You will support organisational change, manage employee relations, analyse HR data, and build trusted relationships across the business. A third-level HR qualification is required; CIPD would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ HR experience with strong business partnering skills.
• Experience advising managers on complex people matters and employee relations.
• Sound knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting organisational change and implementing HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to deliver HR solutions aligned with objectives.
• Advise managers on employment legislation and HR policies.
• Build stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted HR adviser.
• Support organisational change initiatives and HR policy implementation.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations matters.
• Collaborate with the HR team to deliver a consistent service.
• Contribute to HR policy/process improvements.
• Analyse HR data and prepare reports for decision-making.
• Support employee engagement and wider people initiatives.
