Job summary

Test Triangle Limited is seeking an experienced IT Field Engineer to join a shared ICT service for end-user support across multiple sites in Ireland. The role focuses on deskside troubleshooting, device provisioning, and endpoint modernization for a large, dispersed workforce.

You will work onsite in Dublin 2 with occasional travel to other locations, supporting Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and cloud-based management while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience with end-user support
• Experience in endpoint management and device provisioning
• Strong English language proficiency (CEFR C2) and onsite/offsite coordination

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior technical resource for deskside support and incident resolution
• Provide technical leadership to Field Engineers and junior staff
• Support and troubleshoot end-user hardware, software, and cloud-managed devices across hybrid environments
• Assist in planning and delivering endpoint modernisation initiatives and project activities
