Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience required.
• Experience with endpoint management and modern device deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting for hybrid/remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex 2nd line ICT incidents and service requests.
• Provide deskside, remote and field support for end-user devices and services.
• Support Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, Windows 11, MFA and remote access services.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for service delivery.
